14-Day Happiness Return Policy

Your happiness is our happiness! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange/replacement. Please note any items purchased on clearance or noted as "FINAL SALE" are not returnable.

Conditions for return:

•  The item must be returned in its original packaging.
•  The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

To start a return, you can contact us at kaslofarmsupply@gmail.com. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we deem the product defective and we will ship a replacement at no additional charge or issue a full refund.
